Trio Visit is a system for professional visitor management with five different client modalities. The system can be used as a freestanding solution of be integrated with other Trio Enterprise products, which allow access to information in the database, thereby increasing functionality.
At the time of visitor registration, an e-mail is sent (with or without an SMS) automatically to the visitor’s host. Information about visitors is stored in a database and can easily be retrieved in the event of follow-up visits or accessed for statistical purposes. Other practical functions include maintenance of parking lists of and easy generation and printing out of evacuation lists.
Trio Visit has different client possibilities:
- Administration client for configuration and administration
- Receptionist client for reception personnel
- Self-registration client for visitors
- Pre-scheduling client for company employees
- Security client for both receptionists and those responsible for security (evacuation lists, etc.)
